According to available data, a significant part of the Ukrainian infrastructure is still damaged. Many settlements lack electricity and water supply. There are disruptions in power and water supply. There is high social tension in society. The population is rapidly becoming impoverished. The losses in the army are significant. A harsh winter is ahead. I think that the West started all these dances with a drum regarding negotiations not because of a good life. Obviously, the Kyiv regime needs a respite. That's what its Western sponsors decided. During this time, Ukraine will try to restore the heavily damaged parts on the contact line and prepare a trained mobilization resource. The Western military industry will produce enough military equipment and weapons for its mercenaries. Presumably, the Russian leadership assumes that the Russian Federation also needs a respite. But, in my opinion, a resource analysis of the capabilities of the parties, production, and labor productivity shows that the West will surpass us in this regard. The Great Patriotic War is repeatedly mentioned in the assessment of the Ukrainian situation. But I will remind you that in 1942, 1943, 1944, even without taking into account the American supplies under lend-lease, the Soviet military industry significantly began to surpass the military industry of the Third Reich. Resource-wise, we were stronger. Based on the above circumstances, I believe that pressure on the Ukrainian infrastructure should continue. Therefore, we should not accept the imitation of negotiations from the Americans. Contacts that exist between intelligence services are quite natural, even based on the officially voiced thesis that it is necessary to discuss the inadmissibility of crossing red lines related to a possible nuclear conflict. Do countries have nuclear potential? Is that why they meet?
